2017 puja time we went thr. Me and my friends find a place for foods as we were very hungry. Then one of my friend discover this place. I just love the place<br/ Location: it is near vivekanda park and gariahat<br/ But place is bit odd.<br/ Ambiance: great ambiance<br/ I just loved decorations. Very peaceful..<br/ <br/ Services: the staffs were very humble and courticious<br/ <br/ Food: now come to the food<br/ We ordered<br/ Chicken Rashmi masala which is very delicious me and my friends just mesmarized with this dish. Next day we just went there for this dish<br/ Chicken Kadai pretty good<br/ Butter nun I must say the nun is properly cooked.<br/ Chicken kebab I frgt the name of the kebab..<br/ As per I remember the food and overall every thing was great.<br/ I m waiting for opening.

Try this Bohri special thal..... it's truly delectable and mouth watering. Offers a wide range of varieties with true feel to Bohri cuisine.

This was the 3rd time we went. Just proves how much we have enjoyed the cuisine..the dal samosa ...chicken reshmi kebabs n paneer kebabs have always been a hit...not to forget the chicken salli kebabs..starters started very well each time that we have gone there.<br/ <br/ Our dinner order of assorted bread has been awesome..dal chawal palidu is out of this world. Coriander chicken and meithi matar makes very good accompaniment.<br/ <br/ Very appetizing..hospitality has always been praise worthy and the ambience very pleasing/homely.<br/ <br/ Some places are meant for revisits. SALT truly is one of them. GOOD LUCK TO SALT TEAM

Situated in the bylanes of Southern Avenue opposite to Somnath Mullick Hall.. Kolkata's till now only restaurant that serves Bohri Cuisine.. they have kept the decor absolutely simple and let the food and their courteous behaviour do all the talking.. whether you take their thali or induvidual dishes they explain all their dishes and the way to go about it with utmost patience.. right from their burhani to their halwa every dish is unique and true to their culture... A must visit for all the foodies..
