The Irish House, Kolkata

Irish House is the all famous pub chain all over the country, and its no different for the one I am reviewing here. The place is an absolute joy to visit in terms of its excellent ambiance, lively atmosphere, live music and screening, good music, and ofcourse its all famous cocktails. <br/ There is no other place who makes better cocktails in Kolkata and this is no secret. The amazing happy hour offers makes Irish home for a chill afternoon. <br/ Constructive Criticism It is really small and can get really cramped up during peak hours. <br/ Talking about the food here, nobody really goes to Irish for the food, and food here is only serves as munchies alongside all the alcohol. However you still expect the food to be decent, which I am afraid Irish doesn't meet on most occasion. <br/ Slight improvement on the food would enhance the whole experience. <br/ <br/ Must try.<br/ Trash Can<br/ Long Island Ice tea <br/ Moscow Mule <br/ Citric Spinner.

My every weekend spot Totally in love with the place. Starting from the ambience,crowd , food, dj, staffs everything is superb. I really like their drinks collection. My every weekend spot to chill with friends.

A huge door to welcome you and when you enter its the wooden aura that stun you. The cubicles are very private and has a sitting arrangement of 6-8 People comfortably. The walls have good quotes and bar section is amazing, the drinks have great arrangement. I ordered the 3 meal course , so they served one after the other , the lasagne was fulfulling , creamy and cheesy . For starters i chose the calzone , mushroom . The dessert was a pudding sweet and salty). If you want to celebrate then this is your place. Overall rating -5/5 for everything and bill was affordable and worth the whole experience. The smoking zone is amazing. The quality pf the food was really good. The music was even nice!! I would love to visit again after the pandemic..

Heard so much about this place and its drinks, it was about time that I had gone there. One of the most interesting things about this place was the menu card and the way it is designed. There are vivid pictures of every dish that you can order. It makes you really want to have every item on the menu. Very clever way to make the customer order for more I must say. <br/ <br/ Would have loved if it was a bit more spacious maybe and more table options for 2-3 people. But overall it was a very good experience. Although a bit pricey but its definitely worth coming here often.
