Zoop - Kolkata

This restaurant is very small but it is one of the best places to hang out with a small number of friends. Cheap and delicious food is also available here. personally I just loved this restaurant. Come and see this beautiful little restaurant.I hope you like it too..

If I talking about my 1st experience in Zoop was more than worst. I ordered chicken masala and naan.... A very filty smell coming from the chicken.. It was the waste of my money and taste..... But i thought to give another chance to this restaurant (as I don't want to judge so fast)... I visited that place twice and ordered chicken tangri lajawab,naan and murg mussalam and this tym the food was delicious specially tangri lajawab.. I really enjoyed it. Or talking about their vibes : the interior of restaurant is good and behave of staffs is good Polite. Overall i am giving this restaurant a 4 star

Great food! Nice ambience and calm place to have a meal. Great for bringing others for a treat.

On 5th march i ordered here through zomato, one pan fried veg noodles one mixed pan fried noodles. i haven't mention any where to provide gravy with it.after delivery the product when i opened the container they deliver gravy noodles. below you can see the image the food they deliver. after conversation with the owner of the restaurant claimed they send the gravy noodles without getting confirmation from customer.they won't took any responsibility. i have seen first time this type of restaurant, where without customer approval they can modify your order. so its request all of you to please avoid this type of third class restaurant.

The food was awful and when i called the restaurant, the manager did speek with utter rudeness. I have ordered chicken 65 which had mustard seeds in it and when i complained the manager with a rude attitude asked me to mention the recipe for such. Would suggest to ignore this particular restaurant! Both the food and the behaviour were horrible! Shame to have such services!
