That was great! Had the Crazy Good Lamb Burger who was crazy good and then some. And the side of the green beans? Jass! So many flavors came together to create this perfection!!!

Best burger(s) of our lives. We got the Awesome Burger, Bitchin? Burger, and the Wagyu Steak Sandwich. My personal favorite was the Awesome Burger, but honestly they were each so different, I am not sure I could really pick. My family had bought all three and shared them. Portions are big. This food truck was a late find on one of our last days in Kauai. I cannot say this enough, you must eat food from this food truck before you leave!

The Tantalizing Tongue Sandwich was AWESOME!!! Beef tongue+blackberry+fried lotus root is a really nice combination. The side corns were perfect as well. Highly recommend if you see it available on the menu.

This Jackfruit BBQ Sandwich was so delicious! The jackfruit itself was not shredded down, but had a really nice chunky consistency paired with a mild flavored BBQ sauce. The Brussel sprout apple slaw was a winner on top with a delicious, fluffy bun! Wish the side of green beans was triple I could have eaten the whole plate of those. Delicious for vegetarians, vegans, or someone who wanted to explore cuisine on Kauai! It does get popular, but I felt the kitchen was super fast!

This was delicious!!! The Awesome Burger and freakin? Fantastic Fish sandwich were Awesome and Fantastic. The side of green beans were exceptional and delicious (I don?t even really like green beans). We also order the Hot Totty. Hey guess what? It was also amazing but would definitely recommend sharing this. Thanks Seth for a great food experience.
