Restoran Payang Serai - Kota Bharu

Halal. delicious. different taste and yet very fulfilling. good ambiente. fresh seafood. fresh vegetables. the only thing they should seriously consider is a surau. this restaurant is one of the best Thai restaurants in kota bharu.

We went here twice; one of the better restaurants of our two and a half weeks in the country, as this write. high points were the singapur and goreng stir roasted noodles (my Chinese friend liked them very, better than any of the noodles that they had in penang or melaka) and the coconut salad, all mixed with tinted fish and garnel. the mango chicken turned out to be deep roasted baked chicken with thin cut raw mango on the top. I had more hoped for something like a mango chicken curry, but that was delicious enough and is very accessible. the mango salad was a bit of a size, but good; I would definitely choose the cocosnus over him, though. the fish was disappointing, we both thought it had no taste. the garnel and tinted fish in the salat were both excellent, so we ordered the garlic fried tintenfische at our second visit. the squid itself was once again excellent, but seemed more steamed than fried, no wok hai. the drinks were all like that. the drachen fruits looked great, but had little taste, seemingly much water and not so much used. the best and lime was very sweet, although we do not ask for a sugar, they might use a sweet barley or so. Overall, I would like to go back a third time to try more dishes, even if they can be met and miss. no post calculations to unfortunately, but from the top of my head the fish were 40,huh and tinted fish 20, salat and noodles 10 each.

We booked earlier. So, when we arrived, food were ready. All good and delicious except for ikan masak masam manis tasted manis only, no masam. My family truly enjoy the food. All done. Staff were also very friendly. Always smiling.

Order tom yum, glass noodles salat, hh phat pet and 4 sambal vege. trinkt sirup and best. total RM86. all small sizes and sufficient for 2 pax. I also believe that 3 pax. taste is acceptable. tom yum (red) not so sharp. the hell should be boneless. a bit disturbing to eat with bones. it was a real decision to order glass noodle salad. it equals the sambalen and spicy taste of the rest. They pay a visit when they are around.
