I can't believe I'm saying this. Hero sushi was my go-to sushi long time ago because I used to work there. Everything were great. I don't know what happen, but their customer service and food flavour are bad now after the pandemic. I can't taste the vinegar in the sushi rice, their boxes(spicy box) are not displayed how it used to. I understand they took out the Udon, don and poke salad after a while. But now, i don't think I'm going back to Hero sushi. Thanks for the service.

Good sushi but really bad customer service. No hello or bye. The older Asian lady is always rude and just throws the food on the counter!

The staff here is extremely friendly, and the food is delicious at a great price. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was between A$1 and A$20. I would rate the food and service both a 5 out of 5, with the atmosphere being a 4.

The Sweet Sour Sticky Chicken Skewers are absolutely amazing! I had a great experience dining in for lunch, and the prices were very reasonable at A$1–20. Overall, the food deserves a perfect 5, the service was also a 5, and the atmosphere was equally fantastic with a score of 5!
