Terrible service, we weren't able to eat. We sat down on the street, I went into the restaurant and reported this, because there were a lot of people and I understood that we might not be noticed. Then 5 times I went back and forth looking for at least one of the staff so that they would bring us a menu, on the 6th time they brought the menu, but not everything... I won’t list how many times I went back and forth. I would like to mention the administrator, a very unpleasant woman, thank you for not even saying anything, but making such a face because I simply expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that I was going here and there, although I just wanted a menu and was ready to wait for food, accepting that it was quite a long time.

The wait for the order was long, and the food was frankly not tasty at all.

Very convenient location, delicious rolls, and an excellent waiter. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back soon!

We ordered the floating seafood dish, but it was far from floating. The appearance and presentation were nowhere near the photos in the menu. Service was lacking; we had to grab the menu ourselves and seek someone to take our order. The only thing they did well was cook the food. In terms of taste, I would rate it a weak 3. The rice was al dente and crunchy between my teeth. For the price we paid, it was terrible.

Very weak. Absolutely not the level of even a chain restaurant. The waiter Mikhail didn't say a word. I took an order in which the rolls took 30 minutes to prepare. When he brought drinks, he did everything in silence, even without the basic “Your order.” It was like I had taken water into my mouth. We ran out of soy sauce (initially it was empty) and asked to replace it without saying anything. Mikhail simply took it from another table. The order was delivered within 30 minutes. Again everything was silent, not a “thank you for waiting”, not a word at all. I just put it on the table and left. It seemed to me that basic basic politeness is exactly what is required of a person in such a job. The food itself is as sad as the service. Rolls made from stale rice. In ramen, instead of normally cooked chicken, there is heated, smoked chicken. Drinks ok. I recommend having a conversation with the staff. Completely uncompetitive service, interior and food.
