Very hearty sweetness that are healthier and pampered
In the lively prince edward, in the middle of the lively flower market, runs jessica bien caramélisé, a fully vegan terrace. the stairs up, the noise faded, and we entered their tee salon. they were almost sold out and we tried their last two baked, their signatures, the lemons and bergamotte tarte and millefeuille with hazelnut mousse. she recommended that we start with the tarte before the millefeuille, and also kindly recommended how best to eat the millefeuille. the tar has wonderful stamps as well as a rich taste and sweet. the millefeuille is simply the best available perfect flaky and the hazelnut filling is creamy and delectable! (ps definitiw better than the Cakery version). even more inspiring was our interaction with jessica, which makes these desserts from the heart to make their own butters and creams from ground on, and with a mixture of oil and flour to get the best taste. In addition, it concentrated on minimising the sustainability of the prospects. We had the chocolate banana cake, and it was INSANE. The caramel went so perfectly with the almond crunch, and the banana sponge cakes were surprisingly light. Jessica is, without doubt, one of the most skilled vegan pastry chefs in Hong Kong. Their hazelnut mille feuille is also a must try! Updated from previous review on 2021-08-05
