Basic food not good value for money noisy dining area

Opening hour for Sunday is 11:00. 11:30 the kitchen is still not ready and open. Few people setting up the place, but you see no urgency in their actions.

A large place with some typical Belgian fares. Free wifi and located next to Carrefour and Brico. I recommend the cheap Maes on draft
