Very good and inexpensive currywurst. Excellent meal before catching our train. Really tasty. Would recommend

It was running very late , all restaurants were closed and we were very hungry. We didn't want to eat the "normal" fast food stuff from other food chains so we decided to give this one a go and so we headed to Cologne's Central Station. The vendor guy was kind enough to explain what the different sausages were and helped us decide what to order. We know that at times this may be difficult and frustrating as most of the german vendors hesitate speaking in english , so we appreciated his effort.Do not expect fancy eating or fine dining here , this is a fast food take away kiosk located in a fast paced environment. Prices are cheap for what you get , however portions are small so if you have a big apetite, consider purchasing more than one.Food is basically fried or boiled different types of german sausages in a small piece of bread , similar to the traditional hot dog.Atmosphere is nothing special , it has few standing tables but no chairs.For me it's a 4 out of 5. Great for a late night snack and a cheap alternative to other fast food chains.

Went up for a sausage, asked for what I wanted and was handed another sausage and barked at for payment. Being that my German is not very good, I paid and walked away to inspect what I was handed. I nearly walked away, but decided that I wanted my first choice. I went back, spoke more loudly BOCKWORST and pointed, this time I got my damn sausage. He seemed peasant enough for a gruff older German man, but I wasn't going to be steamrolled. It may have been a miscommunication, but at least I got a very tasty sausage and satisfaction.

There is about 5 differnt kinds of sausage . I had the bratwurst and the currywurst both tastes really good.served with bread and roughly 3.50 euro .

This little place is very common to eat a typical würstel (curry würstel or normal würstel). The quality was very good and the price was very small!!! I recommend it!!!
