Ordered food, paid at 6:18 PM. Didn't receive an order confirmation email. Called after an hour. Was told it is on its way. Called again after half an hour. No order known, if we can just prove that we ordered and paid.. no longer hungry... it's almost 8:00 pm now.. thanks for the great service! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
