As a regular customer, I ordered a quarter chicken with chips, specifically asking for a breast portion, but I received a thigh instead. The chicken was undercooked and unsafe to eat. I called the store to express my concerns, but no one followed up with me. This happened on the 4th, and I ended up having to throw the food away, which felt like a waste of money. I'm very disappointed. Rating: Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.

I placed my order at 13:18 and waited over 30 minutes without any explanation. I'm really disappointed with the poor service I received at this restaurant, and I have no intention of returning.
