Edited post- first left a 1 start review and i was contacted by the store. I must say their follow up customer service is awesome. Thank you Melta for following up on my query and assisting me. The waffle was delicious.

The staff were exceptionally helpful on giving me advice as I didn't quite know which designed ice cream cake to choose. They were professional and the cake looked good and most delicious ice cream imaginable. My daughter was delighted
