Tried other pastries before and never been disappointed.Cakes were good especially impressive for special occasions but they can be a bit sweet. Early grey tea was ok, not much flavour.
Nice! The vanilla one was perfect, but I feel like the chocolate one was too sweet. And the coffees were nice. I also booked a birthday cake which was V8 vanilla cake, and I have to say that this was a different one than what I have tried before, it was really nice!
I'm a huge fan of their almond croissant, I think is the best that I ever tried in Melbourne and I'm always around ...but in the last month I coudn't find it anymore and I'm so disappointed..please bring it back , I cannot live without it!!
Loving the ambiance and desserts selection! It was so hard to choose just the one cake which was a very good thing. Great service by the lovely lady helping us choose.
This patisserie was located down a little alleyway in Melbourne 's South Yarra. At first, it didn 't look like the kind of area where this world renowned pastry chef would set up shop, office buildings lined both sides of the street, and it gave off this, 'all work and no play ' vibe. But as we began to approach the blue dot on our map, there it was, THE PLAY! A chocolate drip glass frontage, pink neon signs, and funky mirrored walls that reflected all the beautiful colours of the sweet creations sitting pretty behind the counter. Willy Wonka, minus a bit of quirky, plus a bit of glam...I LOVE IT!<br/ <br/ Once we 'd recovered from the sensory overload of the decor, our minds set to the task of choosing what to eat. There were so many decadent looking sweets to choose from, cabinets full of macarons, baskets full of pastries, and a line up of cakes that went on for days. How on earth was I supposed to pick just one!! The obvious way to go about this would have been to try one of the cakes they 're famous for, I mean, when you 're at a famous patisserie you should probably try their signature creations, right? Well I thought about that, but then decided that being a sucker for a fruity dessert, the Passionfruit Tart was the one for me, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!<br/ <br/ Read full post via the link below
