Írjon visszajelzéstThis was my first negative experience at a Taco Cabana. It seems that I may have bothered the window assistant today. She appeared upset when I asked to add additional drinks to my order. I informed the cashier that I would not purchase the drinks. I was eager to try out my local Taco Cabana, but I will not be returning. The drive-thru cashier needs to improve their customer service skills before serving patrons.
This restaurant is awful. There is always a long line, which is not their fault, but the wait is unbearable. I have ordered their black bean tacos multiple times, only to find out at the window that they are out of black beans. I finally asked the staff to check if they had black beans available before ordering, and one time they were out of both black beans and tortillas. Seriously?
Over the years, Taco Cabana has gone through several changes but one thing that has remained consistent is the quality of their food. My favorite dishes are the bee and beetic. One thing to note is that they offer Taco boxes, which can be perfect for parties, events, or even just for that one coworker who loves tacos. I recently visited and was disappointed to find out that the Salsa bar had been removed. Now, customers need to request salsa when placing their order or ask a coworker for it.
A product delivered, not properly made (left reis in and disperses it through the whole salat) and when they called us on the stop; when we recall, they claimed aggressively that it was too difficult to search the entry of the order. they could have responded to any wise who was not defensiw, but they decided to lose a customer instead.
The breakfast tacos are great. Good salsa. I dud not like the enchiladas, but it's mainly a taco place!
