Ippudo Kyoto Porta

It's in Porta Metro Station. Amazing rams. Fast service and they had an English menu. That was actually our second time because we loved it so much in Osaka. The spicy ramen was a big piece with my wife. (It was not like fire in your mouth spicy, but tasted full of spices when that makes sense. I got the middle rams with the moose and it was delicious. Definitely add to the gyoza. They were so good that I had to fight my wife for her. And don't forget to try the iced tea!!! I don't know why you put in here, but it's delicious!! And after they knickled and dimed for refilling at other joints, if was brilliant that they only gave pitchers of delicious tea! Really made trip!

Very good ram! I tried the shiromaru classic (1,020 yen) and my wife the akamaru modern (1,080 yen). Both were very, very good. English menu avaialable and very good price for the quality you receive. Very recommended!

This place was good and fast!!! It was perfect to warm up and get out of the cold. They have a good tea and taste.

Small place with nice ramen! The broth is rich and so good. Love it! Serving speed is fast and although the water doesnt speak English, theyre really nice. Also the been sprout's head is cut (just the way i like)

I wish they had a vegetarian ramen... But if you love vegetables and ramen, this is an amazing place to eat! I was actually looking for vegan ramen for dinner but because my son was tired, I settled on this place due to location and I was thrilled with it! My 4th ramen meal while in Kyoto and this one was by far my favourite! Lots of vegetables! I ordered extra mushrooms and bean sprouts, in addition to these heavy serving of vegetables, there were cabbage, green onions and seasoned vegetables sides available on the table. Refined thin noodles. Really excellent ramen! So grateful for this find! I will return and I definitely recommend!
