It is a disc on a second floor, very Caribbean style, visited especially by locals. The volume of music is extremely high, just and you can listen to your thoughts. Beer cubes are a good choice to drink there. They have very few tables and chairs so most likely they're standing. Although I didn't observe anything irregular, I couldn't stop feeling that sense of insecurity, that at any time something could happen. The selection of music is reggae, reggaeton, salsa, cumbia and other Caribbean rhythms.
