Cheesie's Pub Grub Lakeview - La Grange

Simply delicious. The menu could seem overwhelming, but not for a cheese lover like me. My 6yr old loved the Mac n cheese. I got the caprese sandwich, which is amazing. We stopped here on our way to the zoo. They have outdoor seating as well as insideseating. The staff is friendly. We just might make it our permanent stop on our way to the zoo!

My first time visiting and this place was really good! The only complaint I would have is with the seating. There is no organization. You walk to the counter and order your food and you are responsible for finding your own seats. If it is reallybusy you just awkwardly stand eating or holding your food until something opens up. We ended up getting a seat way in the backwhere typically people don't sit. Food was really good! I got the Edgar and it was delicious. The fried pickles were really goodtoo!!

This place is labeled as a bar but honestly I've never drank here the highlight of this place is there creative take on a classic grilled cheese. The flair that they add is a special sauce for a uniquely designed sandwich. To call these sandwiches isa shame for lack of a better word they are engineered perfection and comfort food done the way your soul needs. Once you trythere Frenchie and realize that three types of cheese have never worked in a sour cream dip like this before you will be hooked.And the sandwiches just get more interesting from types of cheese to changes in meat even adding Fry's these sandwiches willcontinue to surprise your taste buds with each and every bite

Awesome comfort food and nice selection of drinks! We stopped in on a cold, winter, week night and the place was pretty full. Clearly a testament to the good food within. I had the Mac tomato soup and both were excellent. Super comfy vibe andincredibly kind staff. Nice wine beer selection too. This is definitely a place to hit up again.

Who would have thought a grilled cheese restaurant would be so good. Fancy a grilled cheese? They got you covered, if you want something a little bit more adventurous, they have grilled cheeses with meat on them. Don?t forget to try the grilled cheesewith any of several dipping sauces. Levity aside, the food is really good, it tastes like home and your childhood.
