I had ramen, and the chashu and menma were really delicious. However, the noodles were slightly undercooked, and the broth had a bit of a mixed flavor. The price was $8.59, which is great for the quality. If they could cook the noodles properly and enhance the flavor of the broth, they would definitely earn 5 stars!

I combined the traditional poke with roasted sesame sauce, and I usually ask for extra on the side. I highly recommend adding sesame oil, regardless of the sauce you choose, as it adds a wonderful umami richness that enhances all the flavors. One minor quirk is that the rice is usually hot while the other ingredients are cold. However, I see this as a good sign—it means the rice is fresh! Once my bowl reaches room temperature, I would say it’s just about perfect.

The ramen here is amazing, especially the chashu. It has a smoky flavor and is incredibly tender.
