Il Passeggio - La Louviere

We are always pleased with our experience at Passaggio passage. The food is good, reasonably priced, and the service is usually quick (although it can be slower on weekends when it's busier). The staff is very friendly and accommodating, even providing pencils for children to keep them entertained. We will definitely be returning without any hesitation.

We dined at Psssegio restaurant (which only bears the name) this Saturday, located in the shopping gallery of Cora. We ordered two pots of mussels and a chicken skewer. Here are the details of our experience: 1. The mussels were small and not fresh. 2. The vegetables in the mussel dish were undercooked. 3. The fries were unappetizing and had a rubbery texture. They were served before the mussels and had cooled off. 4. The chicken skewer had 5 small, undercooked pieces of chicken with peppers that had a bland and unappetizing taste. 5. We had to ask twice for the chicken to be cooked properly, but it was still served cold. 6. One of the waitresses was unfriendly and aggressive when we expressed our criticism of the dishes. 7. The price of the chicken skewer dish was 13.95. 8. A positive note: the server was very friendly and had a smile on their face.

I went this Wednesday noon with my three children, despite the two negative comments I had read, because the kids chose this place and it looked nice to me. I was not disappointed at all, nice waiters, well served meals, very good chopped steak as well as fries, my extra parma-mozzarelle sandwich, well served and enough quickly while knowing that we take a moment of relaxation. I find a good average in time to be served, I don't like restaurants or have no time to take his apéro that the plate is already there and the note too. Especially that we all took different things hot meals, sandwich and ice and nothing was served in a timeless way. Not disappointed at all!

We ordered two pans of mussels as well as a chicken skewer. the following facts reveal the following little copyy pot containing tiny molds and not fresh the vegetables of the molds not sufficiently cooked the fries little appetizing with a rubber texture. fries served before the mussels and thus cool the skewer contained small pieces of chicken not cooked at all (again roses) with peppers with a taste of denature and not tasty we asked twice to recuire the chicken and the latter always came back in the same condition and cold one of the two waitresses is antipathic and aggressive to the client when the customer expressed his criticism of the dishes served
