For the Quality any Quantity we were very disappointed. The brisket was very dry and over cook, with no red smoke line, probably oven cook, bread was hard. The portion in comparison to the price we paid will leave us to no longer purchase from your establishment ,as we post this review, business 1-0-1 is repeat business, we feel violated.

I asked for it to be canceled and for a refund. But that never happened and I was charged over a $110 including tip for a service I never received). I have called the store 3 days in a row asking for my refund. But it’s one silly excuse after the other.

Had a great experience at the drive thru today in the LaMarque location. The young man helped me choose since this was my first visit, was professional with a good attitude and had awesome manners.

I gave it an extra star for the mac-and-cheese. ?No sauce was given, the chicken was dry, the coleslaw was missing the 'Cole '. It was just vinegar and cabbage. (Not creamy at all)All of that and they were out of brisket.And my bf wanted to comment that they were out of lids for the cups. But that could just be a shipment thing. ??‍Anywho, skip this place. Save yourself the disappointment.

Anytime I come to this location my experience has been awesome! Besides the great food the staff always goes above and beyond for me...especially the manager. I think his name is Ronald. I will continue to go there and also spread the word about the great service. Thanks Ronald!!!
