Taco Bell - La Mirada

It's still the taco bell we all know and love just... more expensive and without my favorite en chorito!!! Come on bring that back and I will forgive the high prices!!!

I visited the restaurant's drive-thru and had a negative experience. As I was passing food to my child, the worker threw my card back at me without giving me enough time to catch it. I felt unwelcome and when I asked about my order, he closed the window on me. This kind of service is unacceptable.

It was a last minute lunch decision to pull into the Leffingwell location on Saturday afternoon. It actually looked closed as we drove around the front to get to the drive thru….. looked very dark and couldn’t see any customers. When we got to the menu we were greeted by a staff member who took our order. The burrito supremes we ordered were almost $5 bucks each and each burrito was very skimpy with the ingredients so it was disappointing….. not a fan anymore.

I would strongly advise against visiting this Taco Bell and ordering food late at night. Last night around 10:00 PM, there were four people in line at the drive-through, including myself. The employee working was unable to handle the rush, resulting in hair being found in my food. It was not just a single strand of hair, but a lock of hair. I urge you to avoid ordering from this Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurants, as you never know what might happen to your food.

We literally paid for extra cheese and extra protein in multiple items and we also paid extra to swap some items to chicken. Let's just say we wasted our money because none of the requests were actually honored and it was quite possibly our worst Taco Bell experience ever. We would appreciate getting our money back because that was ridiculous. It's not the first time this happens at this location either. As someone who is a frequent Taco Bell customer, the usual standard we are accustomed to for our usual food. That's how we noticed the difference not being better but actually worse...the worst part is, we were the only car that was there for the order. It was dead there, We assumed extra detail would be given. Given all this, a refund on the order Is what I'm looking for.
