I love this place. Great sandwiches and a very friendly staff. Much better than subway. Only negative is I wish the onions were red onions and not white, but most people prefer white so it still gets 5 stars.

Tried their new Caesar chicken salad roll, The Veto sandwich. Wow, I've been missing out on how a true sandwich is made taste. Every Friday night. Super nice customer service greetings.

We really like this Jimmy John's because it's convenient, but we've had a couple of issues. They forgot to include the two cookies we paid for, which was a huge disappointment after coming home. On a positive note, the sandwich and chips were fantastic! However, during our last order, we had some trouble as well. We modified the original sandwich in the app, but it still didn’t come out right. I had requested no tomatoes or lettuce, but with extra pickles and mustard, and everything was included as it originally was, which was really frustrating. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the app not registering the specific instructions or if they just overlooked it, but this definitely needs to be addressed. Despite these hiccups, we really enjoy the food, so overall it was still a decent experience.

This experience already impressed me, but what really stood out was that they called me back as soon as the driver got back to the store to ensure I had received my order! That level of customer service is commendable! On top of that, the sandwiches were delicious, my order was correct, and they were generously piled with meat. Jimmy John's has certainly earned my future business!

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was fantastic! I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely return to this place!
