Chipotle Mexican Grill - La Puente

The person who's in charge(manager) needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the dinning room area. I asked for a rag to clean the table from the girl at the register and she told me that they're going to clean it for me. I go back to the table and wait, but nobody appears to clean the table and I had to clean it myself.

Went in to pick up dinner. There was a complicated order that made the line long. But the crew stepped in and got everyone's meals prepared.

The drinking water from soda fountain had extreamly strong chemical smell of like.... flouride or chlorine. food was good. The manager is not checking water quality everyday I guess. i hope they are using different water for cooking. Clean and nice patio for lunch

The experience was enjoyable overall. The staff was friendly, and while the portion sizes could have been better, the flavors were definitely great!

This is not the way to operate a Chipotle. I've been coming here for a long time, and the portion control has become ridiculous. A new employee was working, and it seemed like she was instructed to give only the bare minimum. Just take a look at the photo I included. The way the bowl looked is how they filled it. If you're going to reduce portion sizes, you should consider using smaller bowls instead of having employees skimp on servings. That's really poor practice. If this is how they plan to run things, I probably won't be returning to this Chipotle. Additionally, the food area was extremely dirty, and the steak was undercooked.
