I hate being the person to leave a negative review, but I hope this helps the workers get their act together. today I have refilled some water gallons, there was absolutely no one in the load next to my fiance and I. the worker saw that we were willing to pay and instead of helping us, she went away and began to do other things. After waiting for a few minutes, I asked her to help us. she told us rudely that we had to wait for our application (there was no one else in the load, there was no line) something similar happened before a few weeks. we waited for over 10 minutes and decided to leave for the next michoacana instead. the times are hard and I would absolutely understand if the employees were busy with other costumes/orders, but at this point I feel like being the workers just rude and lazy.
