You come inside employees are standing around... not doing their job. 3-5 behind the counter... the barista got the order wrong. Then the employee follows me outside wanting to know if i took a picture and why... you can notice someone taking a picture but not someone at the drive thru... tsk tsk
This location sucks! There?s no reason why I shouldn?t be able to use my shell gift cards at the pump!!! Why even have a shell logo on your building?? Go to an actual shell if you have gift cards because you have to go inside and you have to know the exact amount left on the card. Completely bogus!
They never know how to make the coffee drinks that are on the menu. (Or maybe they just don't want to. I received the worst service ever my last visit, with the cashier having a phone conversation on speaker, acting incredibly inconvenienced that she needed to stand to get what I needed from behind the counter. She literally scoffed and rolled her eyes at me, trying to continue her phone call while I was trying to ask for what I needed. Absolutely ridiculous
Aweful customer service. I walked in looking for an ATM. The cook spoke to me and then went into back kitchen. 1st time there, I did not know who the cashier/emoyee was but there was a lady sitting behind the counter like she was on a public computer..turns out she was the cashier. She never acknowledged me. I walked around the store 3 times looking for ATM. I qent into restroom and came back looking again. I went outside and came back inside. She was smilong/grinning with a black guy. He left. She still did not speak to me. Finally, I asked her if they had an ATM. She advised it was behind a bunch of boxes over in a corner. I left without buying anything. I went over to the Pulot and got gas and drinks. They were glad to have me in their store and they expressed it.
I went into the store tonight at midnight to get coffee. I asked the young gentleman, Houston, if the coffee was fresh and he said no. I asked him if he could make a fresh pot. He asked the girl that he was working with, Katie, about the coffee and if it was ready. She said yes but she couldn't brew it until 3 am. Really?!?! In the meantime, she made an espresso coffee for a customer. She bragged about even putting extra espresso in it and not charging. I guess this explains why she can't make a fresh pot of coffee. Beverage expenses are high because of her freebies. There definitely appears to be an issue with this store if you read the reviews by other individuals. It's a shame that employees can ruin a business!!!!
