Shotasushi - La Verne

Fast service. I don't know his name, but the man who greeted us was very kind. Tempura cheesecake was fire that I would recommend. Sushi was delicious!

We recently moved back to the area and wanted to give Shota Sushi a try. We've now been there twice: once for takeout and once for dine-in. Both times the food was very good. The table service was excellent. The server was extremely friendly and helpful and came back often to check on us, refill our drinks, etc. By the way, the sashimi salad was tasty, large, and had a nice, light dressing.

Nice outdoor seating area with super friendly staff. Beer on tap with great sushi.. what more can you ask for?!

We visited a new sushi restaurant in town, and we were impressed by the friendly staff who were eager to offer recommendations. We sampled three different rolls, all of which were enjoyable. The tempura portions were quite generous. Among our group, half loved it, while the other half thought it was just okay. Overall, this new spot is a great addition to the local sushi scene, and we plan to return. The decor is fresh and modern, yet warm and inviting.

I ordered pork katsu to take away, and when I got home, I realized they forgot to include the dipping sauce. Without the sauce, the katsu is quite dry, which was a bit disappointing. I hope they pay more attention to these details in the future.
