Pizza Hut - Lacey

Can’t even take an order with payment without getting confused.

Pizza was hot, fresh, loaded with toppings and a great carryout price!! It was ready before I arrived and service was friendly. Just an excellent experience at the Lacey Pizza Hut.

Customer service was ok. We walked in and there was no one at the front. About a 30 seconds to a minute someone came up. Food was good but the stuff crust was little to non existent.

You forgot to put cheese on our pizza. Because we ordered our pizza with white sauce instead of the traditional red sauce, we didn't realize the mistake until we started eating it. Bummer...

Already had doubts when calling to place order for pick up when the guy on the phone kept taking long pauses mid conversation. asked how long till the pizza would be ready. got a long pause from the other end. said “hello, again. when will the pizza be ready?” long pause yet again. until i asked a third time, dude said 15mins and hung up the phone. pulled up to the pizza hut 20mins later and the order wasn’t even placed ?
