Lubies Gourmandes - Lachute

Petit bistro à Lachute, doublé d'une petite boutique de produits pour la table.Soupe maison, sandwich ou quiche accompagnés de deux salades. On a le choix entre cinq salades qui sont toutes fraîches et de saison. Cependant, on devrait mettre de côté la soupe aux pois, trop lourde, par journée de grande chaleur.

Style bistro avec épicerie fine. Menu du jours proposé. Soupe salade et sandwich avec café. Sur place ou pour apporter. Vraiment bon !

Lors de notre promenade à vélo nous sommes arrêté dîner dans ce petit resto. Nous avons été acceuillit chaleureusement et avons mangé comme à la maison. NON!... Mieux qu'à la maison.

I had always wanted to eat at this cute cafe/bistro but never had an occasion before today. When I saw that they were offering a beautiful New Year's day brunch, my husband and I decided to break in 2017 with a hearty meal and make reservation. Brunch started with mimosas, a warm sugared pink grapefruit with cinnamon, and a delicious cheese plate served with locally made breads. The main course was poached eggs nestled on an english muffin, microgreens, baked ham, and topped with a lightly cheesy sauce. Accompanying this was potatoes fried in duck fat, local wild boar sausage, fruity bruschetta, and tomatoes with bocconcini. Dessert was a strawberry shortcake served with wonderful coffee.My husband and I were so happy to visit this special restaurant and meet the wonderful owner and her dedicated staff. This place is easy to love and you'll love it too!

On the way to CAMMAC on Lake MacDonald, stopped in Lachute at this restaurant for lunch and pleasantly surprised by healthy and tasty selections and speedy service.
