1118 Bistro Grill - Lackawanna

Very poor service. The owner/chef runs the place and allows drunks to answer the phone to take orders. I've ordered steak a few times and I'm sure the meat was expired, so the owner/chef overcooked it hoping I wouldn't notice or taste the difference. The cheese is rotten and smells weird. The bar is standard and serves good drinks, but the owner/chef usually drinks with his customers. I've eaten there a few times, out of convenience--because I live so close by, but enough is enough. No more. I would not recommend this place at all.

Just came in for a quick bite with some friends. Was greeted by the owner who was very nice and fun to talk too. We had nachos and salad and they were fun food. Would recommend if you want to have a great conversation and a snack4/5 Stars just because I was unable to try the rest of the food

Lively place with great drinks. Servers seem overwhelmed sometimes but they are always nice and attentive. I’ve come here multiple times with friends and food is always good.

I cannot believe I treated myself to this place after a huge while after COVID lockdowns.Maybe that was my luck on a Saturday night.Only one drunk, half asleep waiter/bartender was working at the time.After one drink I decided to get out.The waiter/bartender tried four times on the machine to charge me for my drink, which the first time he wanted to charge me 763$...and the 2nd time 76$, yes you read it right.YOUR DECISION.MAKE YOUR DECISION RESPONSIBLY. ? or just don't.

Great service from one of the owners directly. Looking forward to visiting again.Thank you for the 2 coffees and the ice tea.
