Tamarack - Laconia

I've been here multiple times over the years. I probably would have gone 4-5 stars all other times. Not today. Out of clam strips. 10 fried clams for $24.99. Fish and chips way overcooked. Both bathrooms beyond bogus. Onion rings and bottled Mug root beer were good. If not for rings and soda I would've given 1 star. I understand most businesses are shorthanded. I still paid for a good meal and I didnt get it.

Home of the world's famous lobster roll.... I tried it. 23 bucks later I have to say I really didn't care for it. I mean it was okayyy but def don't need to ever buy it again... Everything else there is really good though. Burgers, clam strips, wings, ice cream yummm

Perfect place for a lobster roll and fries. Nice outdoor seating as well as in door if desired. Your usual hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken fingers and all the fried fish you can think of.

Today was my first visit to the Tamarack! We were next door bowling, and hungry. We ordered a half pint of clam strips, and an order of french fries. The tartar sauce was great, the clam strips super yummy and the fries were good! The staff was so friendly, and we enjoyed our food at the picnic tables. We will definitely be back! My kiddo and I love seafood.

Had fried clam roll yesterday Cold to touch. Returned and they heated it up. All I could taste was sand. I threw them out It was not edible. Onion rings saved the day as they were delicious. Picnic area is nice and other customers were so nice and fun to be around while social distancing. I'm sure as the season goes on and staff is fully trained it will get better.
