Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. There seems to be a double standard, with family and friends of the staff seeming to be given priority over paying guests. Management, led by an incompetent manager, seems to be the cause of this problem. Even the breakfast, which was previously of good quality, has now shown a clear decline compared to the pre-corona period. It is sad to see that this once good hotel no longer meets expectations. The hotel reflects all its 4 stars. Clean and welcoming rooms. The staff is always available, kind and smiling. Breakfast offers various choices in both drinks and food. The spa area is total relaxation starting from the Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel also has a bar area with excellent drinks. We will definitely see you again, regards to the staff. They have a lot of choice of drinks starting from juices, milk, coffee, tea, the same goes for food starting from fruit to croissants and cakes and there is also the choice of eating savory foods.
