Choya Japanese Cuisine - Ladera Ranch

Very good, loved the sashimi and the yellow tail too. Service was very nice and food was delivered fast Not the prettiest restaurant but nonetheless average and cozy Good selection of sushi and other menu options

We used to drive to Irvine for sushi, lunch at Taiki. The food is much better at Choya It was more reasonable. And specials are wonderful. Get soup salad and two rolls for 14.95. You have a choice of different sushi rolls to choose from. The ambiance is wonderful very clean and inviting.

This is my favorite Japanese noodle bar/ sushi house in all of Ladera Ranch! The staff is extremely friendly and knows the menu inside and out, which is great when asking for recommendations on what to go with. I’ve never once had a bad meal here and it’s relatively affordable too which only sweetens the deal.

We ordered Eri roll, crunch roll, baja California roll, and lobster roll. As usual the food was excellent. You can’t go wrong with this place.
