Waiting for a sub for 20-30 mins, even when it?s not too busy, it?s a no no. Sorry, guys. Gotta rethink workflow.

Place is kind of a hot mess. My sub looked like it was beat with a baseball bat by the time it was rolled up and unwrapped. The soda from the vending machine had no syrup, just carbonated water.

We only ordered a cheese sandwich, which felt a bit pricey for just cheese, but it was absolutely delicious.

Ethan (the small guy) did an excellent job and assisted me when there was a mistake with my order. When I returned, he went above and beyond to ensure I received great service. It’s a fantastic location, too!

I placed an online order at 12:15 PM. After waiting until 12:55 PM, I had to leave to pick up my grandson and return. My wife informed me that it took an additional 10-12 minutes for her to receive her prepaid order. Additionally, she mentioned that the staff was unprofessional and even laughed when another customer returned a sandwich. Whether it's related to COVID or not, this level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Jersey Mike's.
