First Watch - Lady Lake

This place offers exactly what a breakfast or brunch experience should be! I was searching for a quick, high-quality meal before work, and I’m so glad I chose this spot. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted with a smile. The staff was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had the pleasure of being served by Barbie, who made me feel right at home as if I were with family. She was well-informed and more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. My food arrived quickly and was cooked perfectly to my picky specifications. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that they don't open for dinner. I truly believe they would excel in the dinner crowd, given the outstanding food and service they provide!

Loves the delicious food in this restaurant, just through the care service. The use of fresh eggs, real juice and attention to healthier decisions. A Christian feeling without hitting you over the head. Nice distance between tables. Great use of spices.

What have I been missing?!?! I haven’t visited First Watch in probably 8-10 years and wow they have really stepped it up! All fresh ingredients, healthy tasty options and an upgraded atmosphere. Our service was great too. Friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. I definitely recommend the farmhouse hash or the power bowl!

The unfortunate aspect of today's fast food delivery culture is that, in the rush to get orders out, many details tend to be neglected. I ordered a hash that promised a combination of bacon and avocado, but I only received two tiny pieces of avocado, and I could barely taste any bacon in just a couple of bites. On the positive side, the over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly, and the pancakes were light and delicious. I just wish that kitchen staff would understand that customers expect all the items and ingredients as advertised on the menu. A little extra time to ensure accuracy would go a long way. In fact, I would gladly wait an extra five minutes for a better-quality meal. It truly matters to food lovers like us, or else we wouldn't be investing our time and money into trying your offerings.

Delicious food! The Cinnamon Spice Churros didn't quite match the description (they lacked cinnamon sugar), but my French Toast was incredible, and the Chicken Avocado Chop Salad was fantastic!
