Peet's Coffee - Lafayette

Peet's on DoorDash has been a real lifesaver for my roommate and me during the shelter-in-place order, especially since we don't drive. We really appreciate the tasty coffee and snacks! Thank you!

I really liked the Egg White, Tomato Feta Frittata, as well as the Guittard Chocolate Brownie and the Matcha Latte sweetened with honey syrup and made with oat milk. Everything was delicious and exactly what I needed on a day when I didn't have time to make breakfast. I also appreciated the availability of gluten-free options!

The food is delicious! While it leans towards the pricier side, the dishes and drinks are still incredibly flavorful.

Unfortunately, this place struggles to consistently make a small iced vanilla latte. The flavor can vary dramatically, from overwhelmingly sweet vanilla to just straight espresso shots. Because of this inconsistency, I've resorted to driving to Alamo, where they reliably make a great iced vanilla latte every time. I think it would be beneficial for Lafayette to send some employees over to Alamo for training.

This place always has a fantastic atmosphere. The staff is very helpful, and the bakery options have improved significantly. And best of all, the coffee is excellent!
