I love the hot basil fried rice. Staff are helpful and friendly when changing food. You can simply make the most menu options vegan. We like to use cashews and extra veggie for protein.

Pimon Thai was such a pleasant surprise! We were over, though Lafayette was on a road trip and stayed for dinner. Spring rolls, stirring vegetables and roasted rice were all delicious. Your menu is very meat-centered, but almost everything can be made vegan, just ask the servers! Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about veganism, it really made our dinner a wonderful experience. I would give this place five stars if I could and I recommend it to any Thai food love vegan.
