Moe's Southwest Grill - Lagrange

We have placed the order 30 minutes in advance via the app. when we arrived, they had not even begun our ordering, yet began to cook the bun for my order. we had to wait 20 minutes until they gave the order. several other customers ordered and received their food during this time. when we checked the food when we came home, we noticed that the order was wrong.

The personal seemed so uninterested, eating on the bar looked down, the drink machine was from almost everything. a couple of years ago this location was great and enjoyable, but today it is down the drain. I can't wait to open chipotle directly over the road

I had the best experience ever at Moe’s! It’s truly my family’s favorite restaurant, and it really deserves that title. The staff and service are wonderful, and the food is absolutely amazing! A big thank you to everyone who was working when we visited a few days ago. We really appreciate their hard work and friendliness!

The food is good, but I find it a bit pricey. The staff could use some improvement as well. Overall, they offer a very nice menu, and the meals were spot on.

Horrible customer service and the food was disgusting. The workers are rude and not to mention the employees with their pants down showing their whole behind is terrible. The tables was nasty. Thank God I didn't have my kids with me or it could've been a problem. The guys working in there literally had their underwear showing and one was laying down on a both playing on his phone again with his pants down! I will never waste another penny on this restaurant or a Moe's anywhere.
