Starbucks Coffee - Laguna Beach

Friendly, nice people. The front doors are a bit dirty but that might be just due to all the traffic as it's right off PCH. It can be tough to get a parking spot there, but once you do the coffee I ordered which is the brown sugar oat milk espresso was great!

It's interesting how some employees at this location exhibit a poor attitude towards their work or fail to provide good customer service. They seem to have a sense of entitlement and do not feel the need to restock essential items in the customer restroom, even when it's not busy at all. It's quite disappointing.

The service was very nice and friendly when we ordered our drinks and when we picked them up.

Great place. Taylor greets me by my name every morning, with a smile. She definitely has set the bar when it comes to customer service. She should be running a Starbucks I believe. Keep up the good work Laguna Beach Starbucks

This is a lovely spot for getting work done, complete with free Wi-Fi and a variety of comfortable seating options. The view of the ocean while you work is a real bonus. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded for a Starbucks, so I always found a seat during the few hours I spent there. It's conveniently located right in front of the main beach, with a stairway leading to the beach walk, and it's just a short walk from the 89 OCTA bus stop.
