For years I visited a jack in the box and let me first say that I appreciate the service I received, because, as far as I could say, there were only two people, most of the articles might only take one. I ordered a burger and pommes combo. They smeared like old burned oil. the burger was acceptable. but I think it'll take a long time until I try to eat jacks again. again I am grateful for the server that prepared my order.

I rarely write reviews. The sales associates were just standing around and talking for about 3 minutes even when I was trying to get their attention. The sales associate who took my order could barely speak English. I had to repeat my order 4x. Then it was slightly burned and dried out, ordered large curly fries and box was filled half way. I order 3 but received 4. Requested a receipt and was ignored. The people there needs to be retrained and proper behavior at a work place and how to cook up the food.

What can be said about Jitb? always ready to please my carving for fast food.

I ordered 2 jumbo jacks. One with onion rings, one with curly fries. Having not been to Jack in the box in awhile, as I got to window to pay, I asked if I could add some mini churros. I was told No ....my order was already complete, and there were other cars waiting behind me. Really, not the customer service I'm used too. When I brought my order home, I didn't even get the curly fries. I got the regular fries. A little disappointed.
