We regularly enjoy lunch here. We love the harvest salad, panini and other sandwiches, the pasta dishes, varied coffees/cappuccinos/lates:and the sweet rolls. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Some things to keep in mind: it 's tough to getgood reliable help and all that goes with this economy. However, the staff do try their best to accommodate your request withsubstitutions no blue cheese, but cheddar additions, or very specifics crispy bacon . The manager helps clean tables, butalso checks that you are completely satisfied with your order. We come with elderly +75 women and a service dog, and we neverhave experienced a problem that the management didn 't resolve. The food is not gourmet but neither are the prices, but if you 'relooking for great coffee, very good food, and a pleasant restaurant, we have not found anything better than this Corner Bakery
As a newcomer to the area, I've had lunch there twice now. I tried the turkey sandwich first and today I had the Tomato Mozzarella... both were fantastic! I highly recommend this place, and I definitely plan to return. I still want to try the soups!
My 78-year-old aunt in Laguna Niguel is a fan of Corner Bakery, so my sister and I decided to take our 85-year-old mother there during our family visit. It took me 20 minutes to place our straightforward order for four, as the staff struggled with language barriers. Additionally, navigating the narrow aisles with my mother and her walker was quite difficult and uncomfortable. My sandwich, which only had a light aioli, ended up drenched in it, and the Chicken Pomodori, despite its name, contained just one tiny slice of tomato. Even if I hadn’t traveled from Los Angeles, the experience would still have been quite challenging.
We visit this restaurant occasionally for lunch. They used to serve dinner years ago. The quality of the food is great for the price, and there’s a nice selection of desserts for those looking to satisfy their sweet cravings. We often opt for the "Choose Two" meal, which lets you pick two items from the menu in more manageable portions. I usually go for the club panini, a cup of their delicious baked potato soup, and a small Caesar salad instead of chips.
