Domino's Pizza - Laguna Niguel

Best pizza team members ever!! I have a large pizza every week to celebrate the end of my work week. Crew is always friendly, even when overworked. Pizza is consistently good, and I look forward to visiting the store for my weekly treat, even thoughpurchases under $10 don't qualify for free pizza!!

Great experience here to say the least. There was a young man named Dylan on Thursday night (I hope I remember that correctly) who was extremely professional in a relaxed way. He quickly remade my pizza when the first didn?t work out. He definitely didnot give me any extra free toppings at all or anything even though he wanted to because he naturally cares about a good customerexperience. If you guys let him build his own schedule and give him a pay raise, that would start to begin helping him receivewhat he is worth! And he never bad talked the company once by the way, we spoke for like 10 or 15 minutes. Better use him whileyou have him because you never know when you could lose those good employees

Today I tried something else. Pasta, wings and chocolate cakes. The pasta was good... definitely order it again. I tried the wings, I wanted something different than pizza, so I ordered Plain Boneless, Mango Habanero and Honey BBQ with one side of the chocolate Lava Cake. On my order, there was an extra drink of diving sauce. Again the pasta was good, definitely it will order again. The Mango Habanero wings were FREAKING AMAZING!!!. Also the Honey BBQ wings were good. The Plain Boneless wings were okay. I think they came from the Farside Boneless Chicken Ranch (Goggle the image). Since the extra ranch diving sauce had not made my table, I had only one plain chicken wing and tore the rest. Oh... wait, there's more... the CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE! I can only say chocolate cake, chocolate cake. The more you eat. The better the abdominal pain. My order was on time. My driver Ms. S respected the social distancing guidelines. The food was FREAKING AWESOME!!! Oh, the chocolate cake.... just let me say I'm going to sleep with a better abdominal pain

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. On Thursday evening, a young man named Dylan (I hope I got that right) provided exceptionally professional service while maintaining a relaxed demeanor. When my initial pizza didn’t meet my expectations, he quickly offered to make a fresh one for me. While he didn’t give me any extra toppings—though I could tell he wanted to because he genuinely cares about providing a good customer experience—his attentiveness really stood out. I believe that if you allow him to create his own schedule and offer him a pay increase, it would greatly reflect his true value. During our conversation, which lasted about 10 to 15 minutes, he never spoke negatively about the company. It's important to recognize and retain such valuable employees while you have them, as you never know when you might lose them.
