L&l Hawaiian Barbecue - Lahaina

This has to be the worst food I've ever tried. When I opened the box, I hoped it would taste better than it looked, but I was mistaken. It not only looked terrible, but it tasted awful as well. The rice seemed like it was from ages ago, and the chicken was soggy, drenched in what was meant to be curry sauce. On a positive note, the mac and cheese was decent. To the owners and chefs: please improve! It was too expensive to be this disappointing, and I really dislike wasting money.

? Food is delicious! Staff is amazing! But I recommend order the mini plate for 1 person.

I absolutely love the BBQ chicken from L&L. During our one week stay here in Maui, I’ve eaten the BBQ chicken three times for dinner. It makes me wish I had an L&L back home.

Good but there’s a workers kid about 10 years old who kept slamming doors around and messing around. Slapping his hands on the walls. It was over the top messing around.

We ate here every day while visiting Maui. Great food and quick service. We would usually take it to go but there are tables inside and out if you’d like to stay and eat.
