Dunkin' - Lake Alfred

This is my third visit to this restaurant and the food seems to lack any flavor. It feels like they forgot to add any seasoning. I even paid extra this time, but it still didn't meet my expectations.

Being new to the community I thought I would finally go to Dunkin'. I go to the drive thru and order a large caramel iced coffee and a toasted everything bagel with butter. Well what I got was the right coffee but the bagel was toasted but, no butter on it and not an everything bagel. I got a knife 2 packs of butter and a onion bagel. I called Dunkin 3 times to complain before they answered the phone. They are very short on the phone and then click and your still talking.. REALLY ???? A little hard to butter your bagel when driving. Does this happen all the time or are we just being lazy? It wasn't like they were busy. One car in front of me.. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin and I'm only a Dunkin customer. What a shame on this Dunkin..

Waited and waited and waited and was never served. 30 minutes waisted and finally just left. Need better workers.

Since Dunkin Donuts has changed its name and menu, I hope that not all Dunkin locations have a problem with properly toasting bread. The one I visited in the afternoon was not busy, yet my toast was still not nicely toasted. The bacon was also a bit undercooked, but hopefully, it was just an issue at the two locations I visited that day and not everywhere.

I recently left my job at Dunkin' in Lake Alfred due to a manager lying about a holiday request I had made 4 months in advance. This company is not fair to its employees. The management in Lake Alfred is lacking in professionalism and wisdom. I was mistreated when my hours were reduced from 35 per week to only 10-13. Despite informing the new manager months in advance, I was still expected to work on my vacation days. It was claimed that holidays were not granted, even though I had never taken one before. I often worked alone at night and management failed to acknowledge my requested time off. To make matters worse, I was not even informed by a manager when I was let go - a coworker had to break the news to me. To this day, no manager has spoken to me about my employment status. I strongly advise against working at the Lake Alfred Dunkin'.
