Chick-fil-a - Lake Charles

Upon entering the drive through line I encountered a young lady by the name of McKenzie. She was very pleasant and proficient at her job. I was very impressed with her professionalism. Obligatory 3 stars, but this was the worst Chick Fil A. We got the alert our food was ready and then, 10 minutes later, actually got our food. I?ve been to busier Chick Fil As with lest staff and gotten quicker service. The staff, as always, weredelightful. Overall, took forever. Avoid during the 2pm hour.

Awesome place to rather just die lubxh with three fellos

The food was good but the reason they got 4 stars was because I had a mobile order. I added extra tomatoes to my sandwich and got none and my sauce was honey BBQ and I got chick fil a sauce. When I went and said Hey, I 'd like extra tomatoes and I got none. , I was given 2 tomatoes. That 's also not extra. It 's not like we 're speaking a different language. It 's a mobile order. They only have to read what 's on the screen and do it. Weird to have CFA miss like that. They were also slower than a typical CFA.

Went through drive thru, service great, food great. Enjoyed the wrap.
