Juice It Up! - Lake Elsinore

My mother and sister visited this restaurant last week and the wait time was incredibly long. The waitresses seemed to have a bad attitude and did not do a good job serving our food. They took much longer than they should have. We were very disappointed with the service here.

My husband came at 8:50 a.m. closing time is 9:30 a.m. When he looked at the menu, an employee said you looked at the bowls? He said he said they couldn't make it because it was closing. I understand 10-15 min before closing, but 40 minutes before closing is absolutely ridiculous. We will not return to every juice it on the shops we find another store to buy acai bowls out.

I frequently work with a delivery company that consistently delivers wrong items and fails to include straws in the bags. Additionally, they often mix up orders and provide incorrect tickets for different customers. It is frustrating not knowing how to report these issues, and it is negatively impacting my reviews. Improvement is needed in their services.

We had a tropical smoothie. Hubby had the lava, I had the Coolada. We liked them well, and the price was decent. The service was quick and friendly. It is easily accessible from a wheelchair. We'd go back.

Very poor quality juice. Not sure what happened but this is what I was given today.
