Horrible pizza Horrible customer service. I'd leave negative stars if possible

Placed online order for 715 pickup stood in line for over 20 minutes.. they were out of sauce for my wings and special seasonings.. and then to boot my pizza was uncut I ordered pineapple and bacon and there was I counted 6 pieces of pineapple (I counted while I was cutting my own pizza) come on management! You need 2 lines (one for pickup and one for people to order) I shouldn’t be waiting on people ordering when I PRE ORDERED MY PIZZA!!! Have plenty of staff on holidays and have basic ingredients! I drove out to lake forest because there isn’t one close to me just for the heart pizza.. at least it was a cute heart.. everything else failed miserably.

I should've waited to give the tip. The pizza had an old pepperoncini stem, dried out and obviously eaten inside the box. I smiled at the staff a few times as their eyes met mine by chance, but each time I was met with a deadpan stare, maybe I'm not the right colored skin? In any case, I would never spend my money there again. Also, the pizza crust has way too much sugar in it, and no sauce, and tasteless skimpy amount of cheese, yuck.
