The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Lake Forest

I 'm a Coffee Bean Tea Leaf member. I have had a member for a very long time. I 've been to many CBTF all over southern california. But this location is the worst i 've ever been too. I 've tried it several times, and each time I 've ordered the same thing they just can 't get the mixed right. I haven 't had this problem at any other location here in Southern California except for this one here in Lake Forest. Period ? ? ?‍?

My experience was far from good. If you like cold hot coffee go to this location.

Clean, less busy than the Starbucks across the street, more tea options, too. Could use some more comfortable interior furniture. Mostly a drive through place, I think.

The customer service was very awful I came thru the drive thru and I was ordering my drinks but the lady was so rude she even laughed at me because I have accent. She acted as if didn't understand what I saying. They need to step up on their customer service even most bad reviews are about their customer service.Even the drinks weren't made properly huge chunks of eyes not even blended

I ordered through a delivery service and the food was delicious. The coffee was outstanding. The service met expectations. They followed directions perfectly. I can imagine how great they are in person! Will be visiting you guys again as often as I can. Kudos to the team!
