Trusushi 'n Fish - Lake Forest

Service was super super awesome! But gosh quality was okay, I had the yellow tail roll and it was just okay! I'm definitely going to go back and try some of the other fish and other rolls!! Ambiance was great!

I sampled a variety of rolls, and the one I ordered had eel sauce and mayonnaise, which gave it a slightly sweet flavor. The waitress was very friendly as well. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the fact that there were no other customers in the restaurant and it was a quiet time—3:30 PM on a Tuesday—making it clear I was there for my own order. To top it off, the food was mediocre and bland at best. I highly advise against coming here if you're looking for good sushi, and I definitely recommend finding somewhere else if you value good customer service!

This is a great place if you're craving authentic sushi. The prices are reasonable, and the rolls were much larger than we anticipated. It was a bit challenging to get some items we requested; we had to ask a few times to ensure the waitstaff remembered. However, they remained humble and friendly throughout our visit. My favorite dish was the eel roll.
