Lake Grove Diner

I visited Port Jefferson and enjoyed a fantastic dinner with the ladies in my family. I ordered the deluxe bacon cheeseburger with fries, and it was perfect! The flavor of the caramelized onions in the burger was delightful. For breakfast, I had two eggs cooked medium with sausage and potatoes, which were crispy and not starchy at all. The menu is enormous—I'll need years to sample everything! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.

This restaurant was fantastic! They had a wonderful variety of dishes, and the desserts were truly exceptional!

The food is always good here as is the service. Our waitress was good but the food took a long time for eggs and sandwiches approximately 20 minutes). We go frequently although this time the food came out very slowly. We usually depend on this fast service and this time it caused us to be late for an appt.
